To help you prepare, here’s everything you need to know to make the most of your session.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Booking & Preparation

    Once your session is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details on location, timing, and any specific requests.


    If you have a particular vision for your shoot, feel free to share inspiration or reference photos in advance.

  • Studio Locations

    Studio details will be provided upon booking.

  • Spray Tan

    For a polished look, we recommend booking a professional spray tan.


    Ensure you’ve shaved, exfoliated, and moisturized the day before your tan. Shower again the morning before your tan without using any products on your body afterward, to avoid creating a barrier between your skin and the tan.

  • Makeup

    If you’d like professional makeup for your shoot, we recommend:

  • What to Bring

    To ensure a smooth and successful shoot, here are some essentials to bring:


    • Multiple outfit options (neutral tones and bold colors work great)
    • Gym gear (if applicable)
    • Accessories (shoes, jewelry, props)
    • Water and snacks
    • Towel and wipes (for touch-ups)
    • Makeup/hair accessories (for touch-ups)
    • Any specific branding elements you'd like to include

  • Day of the Shoot

    Arrive on time and well-rested.

    If you’re shooting fitness content, consider doing a light pump-up before your session.

    Make sure you’ve eaten so you have plenty energy and feel your best.

    If you’re booking as a group or team, make sure you’ve planned ahead to consider the amount of time/content that will be allocated to each person.

    I’ll guide you through posing and lighting, so no need to stress about experience!

  • Pricing

    The cost of your shoot will depend on the package you’ve chosen, and may vary based on factors such as:


    • Location
    • Media types (eg. photos, videography, YouTube)
    • Amount of time
    • Edits (number of photos, reels, long form videos, voiceovers, etc.)
    • Promotional options
    • Subjects in shoot (eg. individual shots, team shots)
    • Event requirements (weddings, travel, entrance/booking fees)
    • Additional needs/setup (eg. props, studio bookings)


    A deposit is required to secure your session.
